BBC leads the notice of the U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake of 7.1 magnitude on the Richter scale occurred at 23h32 ( 21h32 in Hanoi time ) . Its epicenter was 40 km from the coast , 118 km from Fukushima Prefecture to the north and at depth of 49 km from the bottom of the Pacific Ocean , close to the epicenter of the earthquake on 3/11 .

The workers are troubleshooting at the Fukushima nuclear power plant I was not unharmed from the new earthquake . They have been evacuated .

Two people died and nearly 100 were injured by the earthquake . Scientists said that this is one of the super aftershocks since the magnitude 9 earthquake in early March . The aftershocks will last many years , even decades , NPR news agency quoted U.S. scientists predict .

Immediately after the earthquake, the Japan Meteorological Agency declared a tsunami warning on the coast to 420 km in length , but 90 minutes later they canceled the warning .
